Refund Policy

Return Policy

You have 21 days to return your items after the delivery date. Any returns after the 21 days will not be processed. We will provide a return label and issue the return to your original form of payment under the below conditions. 

Please email customerservice@glencoeshop.com for a return label. 

SALE ITEMS, HATS, JEWELRY+ BODYSUITS ARE ALL FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for exchanges or returns.

ALL returned items must be in the original state it was sent. Merchandise MUST be unworn unwashed or altered in any way. We have the right to refuse any returned item if we believe it has been worn, washed or altered in any way. The return must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the label.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is confirmed you will receive the refund to the original payment, and an email will be sent of confirmation. If the following is not approved we will contact you directly via email. Please allow 1-3 days for the return process.

Late or missing credit

If you haven’t received a credit yet, be sure to check your spam.
If you’ve done the following and you still have not received your exchange yet, please contact us at customerservice@glencoeshop.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items at the time of purchase cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange an item for another size you will need submit for a return and purchase seperately the different size.

Shipping
A return label will be emailed to the email used to make the purchase.  If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $300, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
